First Coast Industrial LLC was incorporated in the State of Florida in 2011. FCI is owned and operated by Jeremy C. MacDonald, Managing Director/Client Relationship Manager. The company was founded on two basic principles, Service and Transparency.
FCI has made customer preservation the main focal point of our business model which has paid enormous dividends. Our relentless commitment to customer service, unrivaled 24 hour or less response time, and simplistic business approach has helped us create long-term strategic partnerships with multiple Fortune 500 companies.

Managing Director President/Client Relationship Manager
Jeremy MacDonald is an expert in providing material handling and industrial supply solutions to his clients that have helped them increase safety awareness, reduce operating costs and increase company revenues. His success with large companies like Interline Brands, CEVA Logistics, Honeywell, Henry Schein, Trend Offset Printing, and not to mention 8 federal contracts awarded, is all due to his dedication to providing a genuine and positive customer experience every single engagement.
Jeremy has spent twenty-five years providing unmatched, unwavering and genuine Customer Service across several industries, and recently awarded himself the title of Customer Service Champion of North Florida for Material Handling and Industrial Supply Industries.
Jeremy is a member of the Propeller Club of Jacksonville which is a great networking tool for his business. He a current member of St. Paul’s Catholic School Board in Jacksonville Beach, had dreams of playing professional golf but wasn’t good enough, avid angler and member of the Florida Lure Anglers club in Jacksonville, and graduated from the University of North Florida BA Transportation/Logistics in 2000.
